Avermann horizontal balers are the world’s first choice when it comes to the processing of large amounts of recyclable materials. Whether for use in a central warehouse, a recycling centre or at a landfill: Our units guarantee space-saving bale storage and highly economical transport. Depending on their intended use and the space available, Avermann horizontal balers come in a variety of dimensional, performance and structural options. The material can, for example, be transported to the baler’s feeding chute on a conveyor belt. The compacting process is started via an integrated light barrier. The speed of the press ram is regulated depending on pressure.
The control of the entire compacting process depends on pressure, time and path. After completion of this process, the press ram automatically (programme-controlled) moves back into basic position and the compacting process starts again. On request, the installation of the whole compaction equipment is carried out by our highly qualified technical staff. Extensive training during commissioning is of course included. Horizontal balers are available in numerous standardized versions. Customized solutions designed for industry-specific applications are developed on request.
