Fully automatic, i.e. with on-screen message “end of wire” the press stops.
  • Wire coil holder:
For automatic binding, to take up 10 pieces of 400 kg wire coils.
  • Wire stock table:
For automatic binding, for space-saving keeping of 5 pieces of 400 kg wire coil holders above the bale slide.

  • Maintenance platform:
Incl. EMERGENCY-STOP switch to access the feeding hopper
  • Remote access:
Through an industrial router in connection with an M2M SIM-card, an interface is created with the control unit of the machine so that the inputs and outputs of the SPS can be displayed in an internet portal. Running costs according to tariff or by network cable provided locally.
  • Profibus connection:
Electrical switching cabinet design with Profibus-compatible PLC incl. DP/DP coupler, for communication between devices from different manufacturers with no particular interface requirements
  • Perforator type P-1800, movable:
Screwed on a driveable unit for perforating PET-bottles from 0.33 up to 2 l.
The perforator is a solid welded sectional steel construction and, on all sides, equipped with sheet metal sheathing.
By means of a moveable unit, the perforation can be driven into and out of the hopper of the baler.
The perforator roller is equipped with steel nails.
Both rollers are electric motor driven and controlled from the horizontal baler (drive capacity = 2 x 3 kW).
  • Ruffler:
Electric motor driven, in and out swivelling; drive capacity: 11 kW.
  • Feeding and inclining conveyor belt:
AVERMANN belts are specified and manufactured individually according to the respective application. These belts are produced in modular design by efficient laser-cutting machines and are therefore length-adjustable or extendable at any time. By using high-grade belts (i.e. oil and grease resistant), bulky goods can be transported safely.
To feed the horizontal baler, designed as chain conveyor type KGF.
The base frame is a solid welded torsion reinforced steel welding construction for fastening by dowels.
The transport belt consists of drive chain conveyors (arranged on both sides) according to DIN 8165, transversal beams, and the conveyor belt on it.
The conveyor belt is designed as a smooth rubber belt with a double insert. The chain conveyor is equipped with emergency trip wires and drip-feed lubricators. In the transfer area there is an emergency delete, too.
T-protections as labyrinth-sealing on both sides (on the left and on the right) are vulcanized over the complete length on the top of the belt.
  • Pit cover plates for the chain conveyor:
In the field of the horizontal belt, particularly solid design, accessible by floor conveyors.
  • Feed rear panel:
Made of solid steel panel, mountable opposing to the feed side. The feed rear panel prevents an ‘over shifting’ of the material over the belt width.
    Length: 6 m
    Height: 1 m
  • Personal protection system:
An antenna module is mounted above the conveyor belt in front of the filling opening of the baler. The magnetic field of this antenna module monitors the entire length of the conveyor belt. Individuals under protection wear a so-called personal protection module on their clothing or on their wrist.
If a person wearing such a module now enters the field under magnetic monitoring, it will be detected by the system and the entire plant will automatically and immediately shut down.
The personal protection system consists of:
    Antenna module
    Evaluation module
    Self-test module
PSM personal protection module (wristband version)
    PSM test device
    Additional wristbands are charged separately.
    Note:
A personal protection system is compulsory in accordance with DIN EN 16252:2013-03 for underfloor feeding conveyor systems.
Exception: The conveyor system control device is not self-supporting and is arranged in such a way that the operator can easily see the danger zone.

All specifications are approximate values and the final, constructive determination reserved.
